We Teach was founded by Linda Randazza, a certified teacher and school psychologist with over 28 years of experience working with students across grades K–12.

 

Her experience across elementary, middle, and upper grades gives her a clear understanding of how reading and writing skills build over time and what students are expected to handle as school becomes more demanding. Her approach combines direct reading and writing instruction with a supportive small-group environment where students build both skills and confidence.

Students are taught how to:

• understand what they read
• organize their ideas
• write with clarity and detail
• revise and improve their work

Instead of simply completing assignments, students learn the process behind reading comprehension and writing. Individual feedback helps each child build both skills and confidence over time.
